Requirements
Must:
- Active Top-Secret (TS)/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance with an adjudicated Counterintelligence polygraph at the time of application
- For Level 3 (Principal):
- Bachelors degree with 5 years of software development experience
- Additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a completed Bachelors
- Masters degree with 3 years of software development experience
- PhD with 1 year of software development experience
- For Level 4 (Senior Principal):
- Bachelors degree with 8 years of software development experience
- Additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a completed Bachelors
- Masters degree with 6 years of software development experience
- PhD with 4 years of software development experience
- Current CompTIA Security (Sec) certification or the ability to obtain it within 6 months of start date
- Experience with Linux administration or related operating systems
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
- Experience with at least 3 of the following preferred qualifications:
- Terraform
- Kubernetes administration
- AWS administration
- Flux
- Helm
- DynamoDB
- NATS configuration
- Big Bang (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki)

Responsibilities
- Plan and evolve processes and infrastructure to support rapid capability maturation and deployment
- Integrate development pipelines utilizing automation, test-driven development tools, and continuous integration/test frameworks
- Define and implement standards for build, deployment, provisioning, and monitoring of the program
- Ensure implementation of Software Configuration Management (SCM), code quality, and coverage through automated testing for CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate as part of an Agile development team to automate deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure management
- Build and configure delivery environments that support CD/CI tools using Agile methodologies
- Create scripts/templates to automate infrastructure provisioning and management tasks
- Collaborate closely with development teams to implement an automated CI/CD system
- Work with vendors and IT personnel for problem resolution
- Monitor and support all installed systems and infrastructure
- Develop custom scripts to enhance system efficiency and reduce manual intervention
- Contribute to the design of information and operational support systems
- Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and system management tools
- Oversee security, backup, and redundancy strategies
- Analyze application performance, identify bottlenecks, develop and implement solutions with the assistance of developers
