Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Engineering - Masters degree preferred - Military education or experience may substitute for formal education or work experience - Over 8 years in intelligent automation, RPA, or digital transformation - Minimum of 3 years leading automation projects in financial services - Proven track record of achieving measurable efficiency or compliance improvements - Experience with leading RPA platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate - Familiarity with financial institutions and regulatory environments - Exceptional communication skills to mentor and inspire others - Ability to translate complex technical ideas into simple, actionable insights - Strong understanding of compliance standards and their implementation - Excellent analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving - Capacity to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously - Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in regulated settings - Proficient in scripting or programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, T-SQL, or C#

Responsibilities

- Partner with business units to identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility - Design, develop, test, and implement RPA and AI solutions to reduce repetitive tasks - Analyze current workflows and redesign them through intelligent automation - Incorporate AI capabilities like NLP, machine learning, and predictive analytics into automation solutions - Monitor and maintain automation solutions for security, scalability, and peak performance - Produce thorough documentation, including solution designs, technical specifications, and user guides - Provide training and support to business users and citizen developers to promote widespread adoption of automation - Ensure compliance with internal governance, security, and regulatory standards for every automation created - Complete necessary compliance training, including online, written, and in-person modules - Participate in other exciting initiatives as required
