Requirements
Must:
- Experience with ERP and/or accounting systems for medium-to-large-scale businesses
- Familiarity with financial reconciliation, including sub-ledger and general ledger interactions
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities to articulate support issues and solutions
- Proven capacity to build relationships and work collaboratively within a team
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrating high initiative and ownership
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, timelines, and project demands
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Comfort in a dynamic, multidisciplinary workspace
- AA or BA/BS in Business, Accounting, MIS, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
Responsibilities
- Learn to configure and implement NorthScope software, providing customer training
- Manage project management tasks related to active implementations
- Strive to enhance resources daily for both internal team members and external customers
- Read and comprehend SQL code that supports NorthScope functionality
- Adhere to guidance from the Implementation & Support Manager for prioritization
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly resolving support requests
- Update, assign, and track support tickets within JIRA
- Maintain consistent communication with customers and project leads regarding ongoing issues
- Troubleshoot system issues and resolve them wherever feasible
- Document discovered software bugs and perform other related tasks as assigned
