Requirements
Must:
- Active Top-Secret Clearance or higher
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Over 7 years of experience in designing and deploying Azure solutions in enterprise or government settings
- Proven skills in identity and access management (IAM) and multi-cloud access control
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), AWS Identity Center, and on-premises Active Directory integration
- In-depth knowledge of federated identity and SAML/OIDC protocols
- Hands-on proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and CloudFormation
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as Azure Government (DoD), FedRAMP, and DISA STIG
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in drafting documentation and engaging with leadership
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of multi-cloud solutions that fulfill DoD mission needs
- Oversee the configuration and optimization of Microsoft Entra ID and AWS Identity Center for identity management
- Develop and enforce IAM governance along with Zero Trust Architecture principles across systems
- Design and execute identity federation and single sign-on solutions using SAML 2.0, OIDC, and SCIM protocols
- Implement compliance enforcement through Azure Policy and AWS Service Control Policies
- Collaborate closely with cybersecurity teams to align cloud architectures with critical compliance standards
- Provide architectural guidance for hybrid cloud connectivity and cross-domain security
- Advise on cloud adoption and migration strategies to balance agility with security requirements
- Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation and compliance artifacts
