Requirements
Must:
- 2–3 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles
- Proficient in email systems (e.g., Microsoft Outlook/Exchange) and mobile device management (MDM)
- Basic understanding of networking principles
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Capable of handling multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Configure and set up email accounts, mobile devices, and other IT hardware for new employees
- Assist in offboarding processes by disabling accounts and retrieving company devices while ensuring data security
- Provide first-level technical support for company-issued devices and resolve hardware and software issues
- Keep IT asset inventory and user assignment records current and accurate
- Collaborate with vendors for repairs, replacements, or upgrades of devices
- Elevate unresolved technical problems to the IT Manager or relevant support teams
- Adhere to IT policies, procedures, and data security protocols
