Requirements
Must:
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at once.
- Strong comprehension of project management principles and experience in mentoring others.

- Strong abilities in conflict resolution, communication, and teamwork.
- Outstanding documentation and reporting capabilities to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Minimum of 3 years in help desk or customer service support positions.
- Skilled in SQL report creation and data analysis.
- Extensive knowledge of the Yardi Commercial product suite is strongly preferred.
- Solid troubleshooting expertise, particularly with web-based applications and IT systems.
- Familiarity with property management software, especially Yardi, or experience in the commercial real estate sector is advantageous.
- Prior experience in project management and technical support roles.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to advance strategic business objectives.
- Address incoming support requests related to the Yardi Commercial product suite through various channels, including help desk software, phone calls, emails, and chat.
- Diagnose, identify, and resolve technical issues associated with the platform, ensuring customer satisfaction and prompt resolutions.
- Document, prioritize, and manage all support requests in the help desk ticketing system (e.g., FreshService, Zendesk).
- Make sure that tickets are followed up on timely, kept updated, and resolved within specified service levels.
- Assist stakeholders in navigating platform features, providing practical solutions for common obstacles, and offering training or consultation to enhance their use of the Yardi Commercial products.
- Create tailored reports as needed and remain up-to-date with product enhancements and new features to maintain technical expertise and deliver exceptional service.
- Work alongside internal teams to effectively resolve technical challenges and provide outstanding support.
- Recognize and manage interdepartmental dependencies to ensure successful project implementation and maximize value delivery.
- Regularly communicate updates on status, progress, and significant milestones to senior management and stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and address risks, dependencies, and potential obstacles to keep projects on schedule and resolve issues swiftly.
