IT Infrastructure Manager

In this role, I will expect you to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our college's local area network (LAN), cloud service integrations, VOIP telephony systems, and Wi-Fi infrastructure. You will ensure the availability, reliability, security, and scalability of our IT infrastructure, including disaster recovery and network security. You will be responsible for developing and executing long-term IT infrastructure strategies while managing the associated budget. It will be crucial for you to lead IT infrastructure projects and support strategic initiatives across various departments. You will also plan, organize, and direct activities related to technology installations and maintenance in all College facilities. Moreover, you will manage the relationship with our organization’s Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) provider, overseeing compliance with strategic cybersecurity objectives. I will need you to foster relationships with technology vendors to ensure service level agreements are met and to oversee the resolution of infrastructure-related incidents to minimize operational downtime. Maintaining comprehensive documentation of infrastructure systems and processes, as well as performing additional job-related duties as technology evolves, will also be part of your responsibilities.
