Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of a bachelors degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience in SAP EAI
- Strong understanding of SAP ABAP programming
- Proficiency in CRM web interfaces and Adobe Forms
- Familiarity with demand and delivery management
- Excellent communication skills for customer interactions
- Ability to develop technical specifications and testing documentation
- Experience in organizing workshops and training sessions
- Strong collaborative skills for working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage pricing inquiries and discrepancies
Responsibilities
- Enter orders, process invoices, and manage document scanning
- Exhibit a proactive approach to fulfilling customer requirements
- Address escalated customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
- Formulate strategies to improve the overall customer service experience
- Work closely with colleagues to facilitate smooth customer engagements
- Manage pricing details and handle inquiries regarding existing prices
- Oversee demand and delivery processes and ensure proper execution
- Customize and configure applications to meet delivery needs
- Organize and support workshops and training sessions as needed
- Build strong relationships with business teams and coordinate with IT functions such as QA, development, and infrastructure for successful project execution
- Prepare and review test plans and scripts for project testing phases
- Document and execute unit tests, system tests, integration tests, and acceptance tests using SAP ABAP and associated testing tools
- Develop comprehensive plans and accurate estimates for build and testing phases
- Communicate effectively regarding product specifications and knowledge to customers
