Requirements

Must:
- A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred; however, equivalent professional experience may substitute for formal education on a year-for-year basis - 3+ years of proficiency in full-stack web development, with a strong emphasis on front-end performance and user experience - Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React - Back-end experience with Node.js, Ruby on Rails, or similar frameworks - Familiarity with APIs, headless CMS platforms, and cloud-based services - Proficient in version control (Git), build tools, and CI/CD pipelines - Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility - Solid grasp of performance optimization, caching, and SEO principles - Experience with Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, or Hotjar - Experience working in agile or iterative development environments

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain scalable full-stack web solutions powering the marketing website and its supporting infrastructure - Implement interactive front-end features utilizing modern frameworks (e.g., React) and develop back-end logic for data flow, page rendering, and third-party integrations - Convert design mockups and marketing requirements into functional, responsive code that performs seamlessly across devices and browsers - Maintain organized codebases and reusable components to facilitate ongoing enhancements and content updates - Optimize website performance and responsiveness, focusing on speed and minimal resource usage - Identify and troubleshoot bugs or inefficiencies impacting user experience - Conduct regular testing and performance audits to maintain high standards for site quality and reliability - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, design, SEO, and analytics, to align digital execution with campaign objectives - Clearly communicate timelines, project blockers, technical limitations, and status updates to non-technical team members - Lead and oversee the technical aspects of marketing website projects, from planning and development to deployment and refinement - Collaborate on digital strategies supporting product launches, campaign rollouts, and continuous site improvements - Assist in evaluating and selecting tools, services, and frameworks for long-term site scalability and flexibility - Establish and manage automated build and deployment pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Netlify, Vercel, or similar - Ensure website deployments are stable, fast, and reversible, minimizing downtime or disruptions - Monitor site health and infrastructure to proactively resolve issues and scale resources during peak traffic periods - Contribute to automated testing systems for regression protection and functionality assurance
