Requirements
Must:
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills, including video editing, Outlook, Word and Excel
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Basic knowledge of video recording equipment
- Strong clerical abilities, including answering phones and data entry

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various organizations, including the NYS Office of the Attorney General and the Medicaid Inspector General
- Assist the CDI Unit in investigating fraudulent activities related to disability claims
- Support timely and accurate disability decisions by managing relevant materials
- Perform clerical tasks, such as answering phone calls and inputting data
- Review forms for accuracy and appropriateness
- Facilitate the distribution of documents and materials
- Execute document scanning, copying, and faxing duties as instructed
