Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or a similar field.
- Strong foundation in Computer Science, particularly in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
- At least 12 years of professional experience in Oracle Budget Applications like Hyperion, EPM Cloud, EPBCS, and Planning Narrative reporting.
- A minimum of 3 large-scale Hyperion, EPM Cloud, or Oracle Planning implementations, preferably at the State/Local or Federal level.
- At least 8 years of experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, EPBCS, financials, workforce, and project modules.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in developing financial reports and budget reports.
- Proven experience with Groovy scripting and EPM Automate for planning purposes.
- Minimum 8 years of technical experience in integrating data with FDMEE and ERP systems like PeopleSoft.
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively and conduct requirement definition sessions.
Responsibilities
- Design and establish business rules, including Groovy rules related to financials and projects.
- Configure and develop the EPM Cloud Planning workforce module, including necessary business rules and integrations.
- Create and implement EPM Planning forms along with workflows and approvals.
- Generate reports, doclets, and packages using narrative reporting for annual financial statements.
- Integrate Financial close and consolidation modules with Oracle ERP General ledger to formulate annual financial reports.
- Utilize Groovy scripting and business rules to develop EPM Planning and narrative reporting RestAPI.
- Use Python scripts with EPM cloud RESTAPI to manage ERP data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
- Support and manage data integrations and loading for EPM cloud, focusing on general ledger and budgetary control modules.
- Troubleshoot and interact with Oracle Support to address issues within the Oracle Planning environment.
- Provide ongoing assistance throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), maintaining Oracle planning artifacts.
