IT Services Client Partner

- Serve as the executive partner and primary liaison for senior client stakeholders, managing comprehensive client relationships - Lead engagement with C-suite and senior stakeholders to cultivate trusted, long-term partnerships - Propel account growth by discovering new opportunities, cross-selling, and up-selling services that meet evolving client needs - Position our company as a strategic facilitator of client business objectives - Provide executive oversight on project delivery, ensuring compliance with SDLC practices, quality standards, and timelines - Collaborate with technical delivery leaders and project managers to convert business needs into actionable project plans - Review and authenticate deliverables prior to client submission, ensuring accountability for delivery excellence - Monitor project performance, budgets, timelines, and resources to achieve successful project outcomes - Address risks proactively, resolve escalations, and maintain high client satisfaction levels - Mentor and develop account and project management professionals, nurturing leadership skills and client-centric approaches - Work collaboratively with global delivery teams in both the US and India to ensure seamless execution and a consistent client experience - Act as a conduit between business stakeholders and technical teams, effectively articulating technical and functional concepts
