Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 12 years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, particularly in Order-to-Cash processes
- At least 7 years of experience in executing ERP transformation projects in relevant domains
- Proven expertise in Oracle EBS modules including AR, iReceivables, Invoicing, Payments (ACH and credit card), Tax, and Subledger Accounting (SLA)
- Familiarity with Oracle Enterprise Command Center (ECC) is advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and achieve goals in fast-paced environments
- Experience in Agile methodologies and collaborative multi-squad frameworks
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Oracle EBS modules such as AR, iReceivables, Invoicing, Payments, Tax, and SLA
- Analyze business needs and convert them into functional specifications and solutions
- Drive transformation initiatives focused on the Order-to-Cash value stream
- Create detailed documentation, including functional designs, testing plans, and training resources
- Collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams within complex multi-squad settings
- Identify potential issues proactively and suggest solutions for process optimization and system performance
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across the US and Canada, ensuring effective communication and alignment
