Requirements
Must:
- I hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or possess equivalent experience.
- I have demonstrated experience with software engineering principles, including agile development, object-oriented design, data structures, and the creation of testable code.
- I am highly collaborative, eager to learn quickly, and willing to assist wherever needed.
- I can effectively communicate technical challenges so that everyone understands.
- I am skilled at collaborating with Product Managers to prioritize tasks based on business value and addressing technical debt.
- I have more than 3 years of programming experience.
Responsibilities
- I actively engage in the analysis, design, development, and implementation of our existing web and API applications.
- I convert stories into design and code, producing well-engineered code and test artifacts supported by automated tests.
- I research and implement modern software development techniques to enhance quality and improve team productivity.
- I deploy code to development, testing, and production environments in a timely manner.
- I provide ongoing support in production as needed.
- I contribute to change control processes and maintain documentation.
- I adhere to Agile software development methodologies.
- I follow architectural standards and best practices.
- I play an active role in design, code, and test inspections throughout the software development lifecycle to identify and resolve issues.
- I contribute to fostering an inclusive and highly collaborative atmosphere for the team.
