Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of IT experience with a solid technical background
- Previous experience as a Product Owner supporting infrastructure teams (not just application development)
- Familiarity with hybrid cloud settings (combining on-premises and cloud)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
- Understanding of cloud service models, particularly IaaS
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
- Capability to bridge business needs and technical architecture discussions
- Strong collaborative abilities with engineers, DBAs, and cross-functional teams
- Proven experience in release coordination and backlog management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Visio
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Product Development, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Support the strategic vision of infrastructure product platforms for internal business partners
- Contribute to and maintain a multi-year product roadmap aligned with cloud and infrastructure transformation
- Oversee backlog prioritization, release planning, and daily product facilitation
- Convert business and technical needs into user stories and functional designs
- Collaborate closely with infrastructure engineers, DBAs, Scrum Masters, and Engineering Managers
- Lead discussions on scope, design, and requirements related to cloud architecture and deployment
- Coordinate product launches, defect resolutions, and status updates
- Ensure solutions comply with information security standards and meet quality expectations
- Assist in usability reviews, streamline stakeholder alignment, and training initiatives
- Work alongside external vendors and technical partners to improve infrastructure platform capabilities

We are looking for a highly technical Product Owner to enhance our Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure and Database Operations teams within a complex enterprise environment based in Memphis, TN (Hybrid Onsite). This role is perfect for individuals who are adept in both on-premises infrastructure and cloud platforms, and who can effectively partner with infrastructure engineers, DBAs, and technical stakeholders. Our ideal candidate will play a crucial role in guiding infrastructure modernization efforts, including cloud adoption and migration initiatives, and possess the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product strategies.
