Requirements

- Monitor platform health, user adoption, and compliance across AI services
- Analyze platform updates and assess their impact on configuration, governance, and adoption
- Identify opportunities for improving platform performance, governance procedures, and user support
- Collaborate with Security, Compliance, and IT teams to align AI solutions with organizational policies
- Provide direct support and design guidance for teams developing AI agents and solutions
- Develop and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and enablement programs
- Maintain documentation, standards, and best practices for utilizing AI platforms
- Manage escalations and resolve technical issues related to AI
- Construct and track reporting dashboards for AI adoption, usage trends, and compliance metrics

We are on the lookout for a talented Microsoft 365 AI Administrator to enhance the administration, governance, and support of our enterprise AI platforms. This hybrid position, based in Memphis, TN, focuses on Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio, ensuring proper configuration, governance, and adoption across our company.
