Requirements
Must:
- 3-7 years of experience in project management, particularly with software implementations or systems integration.
- Proven track record managing projects that involve both configured solutions and custom software components.
- Strong technical knowledge, with an understanding of system architecture, data flow, APIs, and integration methodologies.
- Demonstrated capability in successfully managing project scope, budgets, and timelines.
- Proficient in both business analysis and project coordination, with a skill for delving into project requirements as necessary.
- Exceptional communication skills for client interactions and relationship management.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or MS Project.
- PMP or Agile certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire delivery process of software implementation projects, from initial planning and requirements gathering to configuration, development, testing, and deployment.
- Manage project scope, timelines, and financials to ensure successful results for clients and internal teams.
- Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring open and proactive communication.
- Collaborate with technical teams to effectively translate business needs into actionable development strategies.
- Identify project risks proactively and formulate mitigation strategies to keep deliverables on schedule.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation, change management, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Engage with stakeholders to validate deliverables, manage expectations, and facilitate adoption.
