Requirements
Must:
- I require at least two years of relevant experience or a combination of experience, education/training in lieu of a degree.
- Experience with Active Directory and Network Administration or other enterprise levels of support is preferred.
- An associate's degree in Computer Science or Management Information Science is preferred.

- In this full-time position, I am responsible for providing telephone, email, and walk-in support to agency employees in the use of agency technology.
Description
We have an opening in our IT department for a Help Desk Technician I! Our IT team is vital in ensuring we have the tools necessary to perform our jobs and help our community. I am pleased to offer a competitive benefits package, generous PTO, and a VRS membership. The starting salary for this position is $38,241.39. The pay can go up to $38,815.00 per year. I also provide benefits such as a 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.
