Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of IT experience, particularly focused on project management and the lifecycle of enterprise business systems (ERP, HRIS, etc.).
- Proven capability in constructing business cases, justifying IT investments, and spotting opportunities to upgrade manual processes.
- Established record of leading through influence in complex environments, fostering partnerships across business units without direct authority.
- Exceptional communication and group facilitation abilities, skilled in leading project discussions and converting complex business needs into technical specifications.
- Strong knowledge of Project Management and Business Analysis methodologies, specifically regarding software implementation and process enhancement.
Responsibilities
- Design and oversee a standardized IT project intake process tailored for enterprise business applications (ERP, HRIS, LMS, etc.) and create formal Project Management and Business Analysis functions.
- Spearhead the creation of business cases and justifications for proposed IT projects, ensuring that system investments are aligned with strategic goals and demonstrate clear benefits.
- Act as a dedicated partner and advocate for internal business units, ensuring effective communication between IT and stakeholders to align system requirements with operational needs.
- Function as a proactive Project Manager for large-scale business system implementations, upgrades, and integrations, ensuring timely and on-scope delivery.
- Maintain standardized oversight and reporting to guarantee IT resources and investments focus on high-priority business initiatives rather than disjointed, localized solutions.
- Lead group discussions related to projects confidently, driving consensus and effective decision-making among diverse stakeholders and functional owners.
