Program Analyst - Section 8 Housing Grant

- Execute thorough analytical work within the Department of Community Services, focusing on contracts and budgets - Monitor contractor compliance with government regulations and policies - Assess income eligibility for program participants in accordance with HUD guidelines - Prepare and oversee grant agreements while adhering to budgetary constraints - Conduct on-site contract evaluations to ensure compliance and effectiveness - Coordinate customer service initiatives and oversight for the department - Establish and maintain quality control measures for customer satisfaction - Train agency personnel on form completion and error correction - Review and endorse vouchers and invoices for payment - Generate special reports as requested by management - Recommend actions for non-compliance issues within departmental policies - Lead budgeting preparations and manage contracts for grant-funded projects - Conduct original research and draft specialized planning studies - Engage in public education initiatives - Supervise support staff and assist in policy enforcement - Promote a culture of exceptional public service for internal and external clients - Operate personal computers and related equipment for job functions
