Requirements

Must:
We are seeking candidates with 5-10 years of experience in product management, merchandising, or buying within the Apparel industry. You should possess superior verbal and written communication skills and strong merchandising and presentation skills. Proficiency in creating briefing tools and templates with PowerPoint or Keynote is essential, as well as excellent skills in Excel (including Pivot tables, V-lookups, and formulas). We are looking for individuals with strong strategy building skills to help shape the future, time management abilities, and a consumer-obsessed, problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

As a Sr. Product Manager for Made for Outlet Apparel on the Product Creation team, you will develop and execute a product range that honors the New Balance brand while connecting with consumers globally and achieving KPI targets. You will monitor and leverage trend insights to build a compelling product range across multiple price tiers for our target consumer. You must obsess over the Outlet consumer by applying insights and marketplace knowledge to create compelling product strategies. Additionally, you will need to create and execute a 3-year product launch and franchise strategy and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches. Managing product life cycles, updating product portfolios, achieving topline sales revenue, communicating goals, and identifying/troubleshooting issues related to product creation will also be key responsibilities.
