Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical support, service desk, or IT help desk role.
- Exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication abilities.
- Strong customer-oriented approach with the skill to clearly convey technical ideas.
- Broad expertise in supporting both Windows and macOS platforms, along with mobile devices.
- Extensive practical experience with Microsoft 365 and related Office applications.
- In-depth knowledge of network administration concepts, including Windows Server and Active Directory.
Responsibilities
- Deliver timely and professional support for end-user software, hardware, and connectivity issues.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers throughout the support process.
- Provide assistance across various technologies, such as Microsoft 365, EDR solutions, network access, printers, internet connections, servers/VMs, hybrid cloud environments, infrastructure, security tools, backup systems, and email services.
- Offer remote and telephonic support while actively engaging clients to gauge their requirements.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to troubleshoot and resolve intricate issues.
- Precisely categorize, prioritize, and resolve support tickets, escalating issues when necessary.
- Keep comprehensive documentation and adhere to established ticketing and follow-up protocols.
- Conduct scheduled maintenance on client file servers.
- Support field engineers with project tasks and technical preparations.
