Responsibilities
As a Network Support Technician, I am integral to the Network Craze Service Team, serving as the first contact for customers requiring support. My role involves understanding customer issues, providing troubleshooting assistance, facilitating hardware replacements, and nurturing customer relationships. I also collaborate closely with our Engineers on more intricate projects and services. I am responsible for our third-party maintenance ProCare service, which guarantees 24/7 technical and hardware support, along with our standard limited lifetime warranty services. This includes communication via phone, email, and video, investigating network challenges, and managing contract fulfillment. My duties entail documentation, ticket oversight, customer interactions, remote troubleshooting, and hardware replacement processes. Additionally, I work with the sales team to deliver technical insights for customer solutions throughout the sales cycle.

I can expect most of my training and tasks to be conducted on-site, with some remote workdays scheduled. Our employment offers a competitive compensation package, along with benefits such as a retirement plan with a 3% match, 15 days of paid time off, 9 paid holidays, life insurance (including optional short and long-term disability insurance), and an on-call bonus program. The hours for this full-time position are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST. I am prepared for a background check as part of the hiring process.
