Requirements
Must:
- 3+ years of experience in IT support
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
- Strong skills in troubleshooting methodologies and root-cause analysis
- Familiarity with Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools and ticketing systems
- Exceptional phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Ability to support users at varying levels, from executives to non-technical personnel
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows Server (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with Microsoft 365 tenant administration
- At least 2 years of experience in Office 365 administration
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server administration
Responsibilities
- Address Tier 2 escalations and perform complex troubleshooting
- Efficiently manage multiple client environments and switch contexts as needed
- Support client onboarding and infrastructure projects
- Lead and audit endpoint deployments to ensure comprehensive coverage
- Preserve and update technical documentation in IT Glue, adopting a documentation-first approach
- Manage relationships with hardware and software vendors on behalf of clients
- Provide on-site consulting and hardware support as required
