Requirements
Must:
- Technical diploma or equivalent industry experience
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory
- Knowledge of PowerShell
- Experience in networking, including routing, switching, and firewalls
- Familiarity with Windows Desktop and Server environments
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V, vSphere, and Azure
- Knowledge of SAN/storage systems is a plus
- Valid Class 5 drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Eligible to work in Canada
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Criminal background check required upon job offer
Responsibilities
- Provide IT support remotely and at client sites
- Address and resolve support tickets while assisting with project-related tasks
- Oversee WAN and LAN infrastructure management
- Support both on-premises and cloud backup systems
- Collaborate with vendors and cybersecurity partners
- Travel to client locations as necessary
- Participate in on-call support rotation and occasional weekend duties
