Requirements
Must:
- 12+ years of experience with ServiceNow, transitioning into Architecture or Lead Advisory roles
- Proven architectural mindset, capable of assessing impacts across the larger IT ecosystem
- Hands-on experience in building Proofs of Concepts (PoCs) to validate complex designs
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping), CMDB, and Asset Management best practices
- Required certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- CIS certifications in CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, HAM, or SAM are preferred
- Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is a desirable bonus
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical authority to evaluate how ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB, and Asset Management can address broad enterprise issues
- Create multiple architectural pathways, discussing advantages and disadvantages to facilitate informed decision-making
- Engage in hands-on development of Proofs of Concepts (PoCs) to demonstrate feasibility and architectural reliability
- Mentor and upskill newly trained ServiceNow Developers, promoting a culture of technical excellence and best practices
- Establish technical governance to ensure platform health, scalability, security, and reduction of technical debt
