Requirements
Must:
- 7+ years of practical Pega experience
- Proven experience leading teams of 5 or more and overseeing technical delivery
- Responsibility for overall design and solution implementation
- Accountability for solution quality and conducting component design reviews
- Proficiency in performance evaluation and enhancement
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey technical ideas to non-technical audiences
- Right to work in the United States (US Citizenship or Green Card required)
- Pega CLSA certification is mandatory
- Familiarity with technologies such as WebSphere/WebLogic, J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), .NET, Oracle, DB2, MS/SQL (expertise in some preferred but not essential)
- Team-oriented individual with a strong analytical approach
- Experience with integrating Pega across multiple protocols
- Ability to engage effectively with senior management of clients
