Requirements
Must:
- I have a minimum of 8 years of experience in product management or a related technical field, preferably in a SaaS or cloud services environment.
- I possess a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, or a higher degree (Master's or PhD), or equivalent experience.
- I have experience in developing generative AI services or launching products/services utilizing generative AI.
- I understand AI techniques such as Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), advanced algorithms, fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, ETL/ELT pipelines, search indexing and optimization, and knowledge graphs.
- I have strong expertise in defining product roadmaps, authoring product requirements, and launching cloud services.
- I am adept at analyzing data, problem-solving, weighing trade-offs, and scoping business requirements.
- I have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders both internally and externally.
Responsibilities
- I will define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI services, aligning them with NetApp’s business objectives and customer requirements.
- I will take full ownership of the product lifecycle, including ideation, requirements gathering, prioritization, development, pricing, launch, iteration, and growth.
- I will collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and resilient cloud services.
- I will develop and maintain a transparent and prioritized product backlog, as well as write detailed PRFAQ documents, user stories, and product requirements.
- I will define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product and feature success and utilize data-driven insights for iteration and improvement.
- I will remain at the leading edge of AI innovation, especially in areas like agentic AI, LLM orchestration, RAG, memory, planning, re-ranking, and vector databases.
- I will communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
- I will support customer onboarding, adoption, and value realization in collaboration with GTM and Customer Success teams.
