We are looking for a Product Manager with at least 5 years of experience in product management, particularly with developer-focused products. Prior hands-on software development experience is essential, along with a strong understanding of customer goals, market trends, and key concepts. Excellent communication skills, the ability to manage demanding stakeholder environments, and strong business insight are crucial. We also prefer candidates who have experience with open-source products, such as those provided by Instaclustr (e.g., Apache Cassandra, Apache Kafka, OpenSearch, Cadence, ClickHouse, and PostgreSQL) and possess technical knowledge of key cloud architecture concepts. A Bachelor's Degree is typically required alongside a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities
As a Product Manager, you will leverage your in-depth knowledge of the market and technology, coupled with your robust product management skills, to spearhead product initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Gaining insights into the problem space through market awareness, customer discovery, and experimentation.
- Crafting and promoting engaging narratives that align and motivate product teams, engineering, go-to-market strategies, and executives around a compelling value proposition for our target customers.
- Acting as a credible expert in your field to support and propel go-to-market efforts, including creating compelling narratives to drive sales engagements, high-value opportunities, and conference presentations.
- Serving as a point of escalation for critical priorities within your domain, addressing either individual strategic customer issues or broader prioritization discussions.
