Requirements
Must:
- Over 7 years of experience in Enterprise Storage, IT, or Manageability products in roles such as Product Planning, Technical Marketing, Product Management, or Solutions Engineering
- More than 5 years in a leadership position with a demonstrated ability to build and scale high-performing teams
- Significant experience interacting with executives and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
- Proven success in establishing business growth goals, strategies, and delivering measurable results
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to construct data models and leverage quantitative analysis for strategic decisions
- Self-driven, process-oriented, and capable of defining objectives and managing projects independently
Responsibilities
- Develop and drive a product vision aimed at simplifying data management for core and hybrid multi-cloud clients
- Formulate product strategies in collaboration with peers and engineering teams to ensure a positive impact across the portfolio
- Define the products value proposition and ROI for both NetApp and its customers
- Oversee the lifecycle of products across on-premises and hybrid cloud deployments while anticipating technological changes and customer shifts
- Collaborate with infrastructure product partners to create differentiated product integrations
- Mentor and lead a team of Product Managers, emphasizing skill growth and team development
- Engage with Directors, Technical Directors, and VPs of engineering to promote the value of product initiatives and influence strategic direction
