Requirements
Must:
- I have at least 12 years of experience in solutions engineering, especially in data storage and artificial intelligence (AI).
- My expertise includes AI technologies such as machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
- I possess extensive experience with NetApp solutions, including but not limited to ONTAP, StorageGRID, E-Series, and cloud offerings.
- I am familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills define my work ethic, and I can operate both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are among my strengths.
- I have proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++.
- My history demonstrates customer obsession and success in selling technical solutions.
- I hold relevant industry certifications in NetApp, AI, and other technologies.
- Knowledge of data security and compliance standards is part of my background.
- I possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities
- I will lead the design and implementation of AI-driven solutions that address client requirements, developing and optimizing data storage architectures using NetApp technologies.
- My role includes ensuring the seamless integration of AI models and algorithms with NetApp solutions while also conducting technical workshops and training sessions for internal teams and clients.
- I will engage with customers, prospects, partners, and other stakeholders to understand their business needs, maintaining my knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and advancements in AI and NetApp storage technologies.
- Collaborating with clients to identify their business needs and technical requirements is essential. I will also build financial and commercial arguments for total cost of ownership (TCO) and return on investment (ROI) methods.
- I will partner with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities and assist in formulating sales strategies and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Participating in sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations will allow me to support the sales team effectively.
- I will communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and document solution designs, implementation plans, and technical processes.
- My commitment to providing best practices for data management, storage efficiency, and scalability will guide my engagement with customers and partners.
- Customer satisfaction and success will be my priorities, as I will represent the company at corporate events and engage in face-to-face meetings with clients.
