We require candidates to have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent with 4+ years of information technology experience, including system operations and hardware support. Alternatively, a 2-year technical degree or certification with 2+ years of relevant experience is acceptable.
Responsibilities
As a Senior IT Technician, you will be tasked with troubleshooting and maintaining the reliability and functionality of all factory information systems, encompassing computer hardware, software, networking systems, databases, and manufacturing applications. Your responsibilities will include managing core operational systems, providing advanced support on the factory floor, and assisting with project management as well as the administration of IT compliance standards and systems. Your role will involve:
- Offering analytical, technical, and developmental expertise for current and future factory computer-related hardware, manufacturing data collection systems, and business information technology.
- Evaluating, developing, documenting, and maintaining in-house information and data collection systems.
- Installing, configuring, performing tuning, administering, and troubleshooting all in-house computer-related hardware, software, databases, networks, communication, and multimedia systems.
- Ensuring the reliability and continuous improvement of factory floor solutions in alignment with our manufacturing and distribution operation goals.
- Collaborating with all factory personnel levels to provide effective solutions to business and operational challenges while fostering the technical competencies of associates.
- Ensuring compliance and factory readiness for data backup, disaster recovery, software licensing, security, and authorization policies.
- Planning and coordinating local implementations of new or enhanced software and responding to users' requests with sound business judgment.

We offer a competitive pay range for this position, estimated between $59,000 to $88,000, which may vary based on factors such as knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location.
