Requirements
Must:
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Software Development (C, C++)
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Production
- 6 years of experience with Test Equipment Design
- 6 years of experience in Electronic Testing
- 6 years of experience in Mechanical Testing
- Proficient in LabView/LabWindows CVI, with experience in both development and maintenance of complex systems
- Expertise in Automated Test Equipment (ATE) hardware integration
- Familiarity with switches, VXI/PXI chassis, EO testing, and automation
- Experience in automated test equipment development and maintenance within high-volume production settings
- Active Secret Clearance required
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, test, document, and maintain solutions for integration and testing of both in-house developed and commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) components
- Translate customer contractual needs into system test solutions while acknowledging technical, schedule, and cost constraints
- Establish functional and technical specifications and standards
- Address hardware/software interface issues and define input/output parameters
- Ensure complete integration of the entire system or subsystem
- Review and evaluate requirements for testability, developing and directing the preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules
- Coordinate subsystem and system testing activities across programs and with other organizations
- Analyze test results and prepare comprehensive evaluation reports to verify and validate system performance
- Write discrepancy reports and conduct integration regression testing to confirm fixes in software, components, subsystems, and systems
