Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the operational support of enterprise server ecosystems
- At least 5 years of experience with Windows Server OS and RHEL Linux 5-9.X
- Three years of experience using ServiceNow or a similar formal Service Management platform and methodology
- Minimum 3 years of experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware vSAN, vSphere, and VCF/NSX
- One year of experience with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration
- Familiarity with server automation tools or Infrastructure as Code, including Tanium, CHEF, JSON, PowerShell, Ruby, or other scripting languages
- Knowledge of network fundamentals, including firewall configuration, VPN setup, VLANs, subnetting, IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, NAT, routing, and switching
- Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and technology resilience strategies
- Proven ability to document infrastructure, automation scripts, and system configurations for clarity and maintainability
- Strong verbal, written, and collaborative communication skills
- Self-motivated and efficient with minimal oversight

Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for on-premises server infrastructure and technology
- Collaborate with Corporate IT teams to maintain adherence to standards while focusing on tier 1 24/7 mission-critical requirements
- Manage Hyper-Converged Infrastructure platforms such as Dell VXRail
- Diagnose performance issues related to both virtualized and physical server workloads
- Implement new technology stacks and migrate workloads from physical servers to virtual instances when feasible
- Work alongside semiconductor process and equipment vendors to enhance infrastructure for optimal performance and fault tolerance
- Engage in calls and meetings with site and corporate team members to resolve application and infrastructure issues
- Join daily tier meetings with factory systems and manufacturing operations teams
- Partner with Corporate IT and Global Security to uphold all infrastructure to corporate and semiconductor cybersecurity standards
