Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field (such as Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science) or equivalent professional experience
- 5 years of experience in utilizing Microsoft Office for generating reports, project plans, and work documentation
- 5 years of experience in writing, editing, and maintaining an existing software codebase with LabVIEW
- 3 years of experience in writing, editing, and supporting an existing software codebase with Test Stand
- 3 years of experience in problem analysis and resolution
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Experience collaborating effectively within teams
- Capability to work independently with minimal guidance to achieve desired outcomes
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, test, document, and maintain systems integration and testing solutions for both in-house and commercial off-the-shelf components
- Translate customer contractual requirements into workable system test solutions, considering technical, scheduling, and budget constraints
- Establish both functional and technical specifications while addressing hardware/software interface issues
- Define input/output specifications and ensure comprehensive system or subsystem integration
- Review and assess requirements for testability, guiding the preparation and execution of thorough test plans, procedures, and schedules
- Coordinate testing activities for subsystems and/or systems with other program areas and organizations
- Analyze test results, compiling subsystem and/or system evaluation reports that validate system performance
- Draft discrepancy reports and conduct integration regression tests to confirm fixes in software, components, subsystems, and systems
