Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience in IT as a Senior Network Engineer
- Relevant certifications such as CCNP, Arista ACE L5 or equivalent preferred
- Arista and MIST certifications are a significant advantage
- Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
- Proven leadership ability in cross-functional teams within global environments
- Expertise in managing multiple initiatives and balancing competing demands in fast-paced settings
- In-depth understanding of enterprise network technologies including LAN and SD-WAN
- Advanced knowledge of routing protocols like BGP and OSPF, and switching technologies
- Extensive experience with Cisco and Arista platforms, including configuration and optimization
- Strong capability in designing and managing wireless networks
- Advanced skills in network automation using Ansible, Python, and RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
Responsibilities
- Design and implement sophisticated network solutions for complex routing/switching environments utilizing Arista, Cisco, and MIST platforms, focusing on Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise-level routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) and switching technologies to ensure resilient and efficient network functionality
- Architect and manage wireless infrastructure, prioritizing MIST-based solutions for high availability and superior user experience
- Develop and maintain automation processes using Ansible, Terraform, and other relevant tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align network strategies with overall business objectives
- Create and uphold thorough documentation for network designs, configurations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and vendors to foster innovation and enhance network performance and security
- Stay updated on industry certifications and trends to maintain technical leadership and promote team development
- Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours network support
