Requirements
Must:
- 5-7 years of experience in managing infrastructure and cybersecurity projects
- Proven history as a network/server/telecom engineer or coordinator in infrastructure
- Strong technical writing skills, with experience in creating diagrams and documentation
- Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams effectively
- Familiarity with project management best practices and methodologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a matrix organizational structure
- Skilled in financial management and budget forecasting
- Proficiency in using tools like Visio and Microsoft Project
- Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle and project governance principles
- Bachelors degree required; Masters or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Detail-oriented with exceptional time management skills
- Self-motivated and capable of working under pressure
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional IT projects from inception to completion
- Organize and facilitate project status updates, presentations, and financial reports
- Coordinate with infrastructure vendors to address project delays and ensure timely communication
- Document project requirements, create diagrams, and adapt to HF Sinclair standards
- Conduct weekly status reviews and maintain project governance through regular meetings
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and decisions while seeking sustainable improvements
- Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress against objectives
- Foster strong relationships with the client and stakeholders, maintaining clear communication
- Proactively follow established escalation and change control processes
- Support the project team in training and workshops as necessary
- Cultivate a collaborative environment, promoting good working relationships among all stakeholders
