Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field
- At least 8 years of pertinent professional experience in technology or IT project settings
- Minimum of 2 years serving as a Project Manager
- Strong proficiency in project planning, scheduling, execution, and assessment
- Comprehensive understanding of technical concepts related to enterprise platforms and systems
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, adept at engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred)
- Experience handling ServiceNow projects in extensive or intricate organizations (preferred)
- Familiarity with public-sector or regulated environments (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Oversee comprehensive ServiceNow projects, encompassing planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and completion
- Create and uphold detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, risk logs, and status summaries
- Coordinate resources among internal teams, ServiceNow developers, and external consultants
- Ensure projects align with established scope, quality standards, and adhere to policies and governance
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with business units, IT leadership, and vendors to gather requirements and outline project scope
- Communicate project developments, milestones, risks, and challenges to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate decision-making to keep projects progressing smoothly
- Supervise project initiatives for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements across various modules, such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CRM, CMDB, and PSDS
- Ensure ServiceNow consultants and vendors follow best practices, standards, and governance frameworks
- Collaborate with internal ServiceNow teams to support platform adoption and continuous improvement
