Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development
- At least 8 years of experience in Agile coaching roles
- Proven success in coaching Agile product transformations within large, complex organizations
- Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF) or equivalent Agile credentials (CSP, SPC strongly preferred)
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and LeSS
- Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD practices, and modern engineering methodologies
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution abilities
- Proven ability to inspire and influence without direct authority
- Passion for coaching and continuous improvement
Responsibilities
- Provide coaching and support for large-scale Agile product transformation projects aligned with company goals and measurable results
- Collaborate with Agile Center of Excellence leadership to develop and implement a customized Agile coaching roadmap
- Mentor product teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and stakeholders on various Agile frameworks
- Guide teams to adopt product-focused delivery strategies that enhance customer and business value
- Serve as a trusted advisor to teams and mid-level leaders, reinforcing Agile principles
- Create and deliver interactive workshops, training sessions, and hands-on labs for teams and leaders
- Educate teams on technical proficiency and contemporary delivery methods, including DevOps, CI/CD, and XP engineering practices
- Promote a culture of learning, experimentation, and adaptability through effective retrospectives
- Utilize Agile metrics and team performance data to pinpoint improvement opportunities and execute actionable strategies
- Encourage data-informed decision-making among teams and leadership
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to address Agile adoption challenges and deliver focused coaching
- Facilitate team alignment and collaboration to support a unified transformation experience
- Standardize Agile ceremonies, practices, and workflows across teams as appropriate
- Utilize Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Jira Align) to enhance workflows, transparency, and reporting
- Define, standardize, and track metrics related to team well-being, delivery performance, and transformation progress
Description
We are the IT Agile Center of Excellence, dedicated to fostering a large-scale Agile Product Transformation across our organization. We are looking for skilled and dynamic Enterprise Agile Coaches to elevate our Agile maturity by guiding product teams, leaders, and stakeholders in modern Agile practices. This role emphasizes hands-on coaching, mentoring, and collaborative efforts to promote Agile adoption and continuous improvement in alignment with our organizational strategy. While the position does not involve direct people management, it offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on transformation.
