Requirements
Must:
- Proven expertise in developing Oracle OTBI reports and analytics
- Practical experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)
- Proficient in requirement gathering and analysis
- Demonstrated ability in creating interactive dashboards and reporting solutions
- Capable of converting business reporting needs into technical specifications
- Familiarity with Core HR & Payroll Data
- Proficient in SQL
- Experience with PowerBI for HR reporting
- Knowledge of HR or ERP reporting environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to function independently in a consultative contract position
- Background working with Healthcare or Higher Education state clients
Responsibilities
- Create and manage Oracle OTBI reports and dashboards to meet HR and operational reporting needs
- Design and establish Oracle FDI dashboards and analytics for actionable insights for HR leadership
- Work collaboratively with HR Operations, HRIS, and other business stakeholders to gather and understand reporting requirements
- Enhance and troubleshoot current reports, queries, and dashboards for improved performance and accuracy
- Ensure data validation, reconciliation, and reporting quality checks across Oracle reporting systems
- Provide recommendations for best practices in Oracle reporting and dashboard development
- Assist in documentation and knowledge transfer to internal HRIS personnel
Description
We are Neos, seeking a Sr. Oracle OTBI/FDI Reporting Specialist for a contract role that will primarily support our client in San Antonio, TX. This position is fully remote but open only to candidates currently residing in Texas. The role will last a minimum of three months, with the possibility of extension based on project needs. Join our HR Operations and HRIS team to contribute to vital reporting and dashboard initiatives and play a crucial role in delivering insightful analytics solutions.
