Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in application development as part of an agile/scrum team with acceptance criteria-based user stories
- At least 8 years of experience focused on user experience design tailored for customers
- A minimum of 6 years working on multiple full lifecycle Salesforce implementations
- 6 years of strong communication and documentation skills
- 6 years of experience with Salesforce OmniStudio, including FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures
- 6 years of developing software solutions utilizing Salesforce.com API framework and third-party API integrations (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP, DocuSign)
- 6 years of experience in writing unit and integration tests, as well as supporting UAT
- 4 years of experience managing large enterprise or multi-org Salesforce environments
- 4 years of handling highly complex application security requirements
- 3 years of proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Project, Visio, and collaboration platforms like Microsoft Teams & SharePoint
- 3 years of experience utilizing Copado DevOps pipelines
- 3 years of experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, including data ingestion and identity resolution
- 2 years contributing to technical estimations, code reviews, and sprint planning
- 2 years holding Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
- 2 years of experience enabling Agentforce/EIN features (prompt orchestration, guardrails, auditability)
- 1 year in a senior development role on at least one full lifecycle Salesforce implementation
- Preferred: 4 years of experience in LWC UI/UX design compliant with 508 standards
- Preferred: 3 years working with enterprise architecture design and patterns
- Preferred: 3 years in establishing and communicating standards and best practices
- Preferred: 3 years effectively collaborating across multiple technical groups
- Preferred: 3 years of utilizing Atlassian Jira & Confluence for backlog management
- Preferred: 2 years of experience with Information Security Office compliance
- Preferred: 1 year of coordinating with Telicon/TLO and experience with Service Now or ITSM platforms
- Preferred: 1 year of following Salesforce certifications such as OmniStudio Developer and Data Cloud Consultant
Responsibilities
- Serve as a Salesforce Developer supporting modernization efforts for CPA in various workflows
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio components, and integrations using MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and DocuSign
- Implement Agentforce (Einstein) features alongside AI pipeline enablement and secure generative AI for fiscal summaries
- Collaborate within Agile Scrum teams adhering to CPA standards and secure deployment practices using Copado
- Ensure compliance with Government Cloud requirements while delivering high-quality enterprise Salesforce code
- Analyze and interpret technical documentation, translating user needs into technical requirements
- Design and create Lightning Web Components, Apex services, and API integrations working closely with Salesforce Administrators
- Coordinate integrations and data feeds to external systems while maintaining security and retention protocols
- Support Salesforce Data Cloud use cases with appropriate governance and documentation
- Assist the Admin team with technical components for dashboards as required
- Participate in all SDLC phases including release planning, design analysis, and provide technical input
- Conduct unit testing for developed user stories
- Work in collaboration with the team to identify and manage project risks and issues
- Share knowledge and provide guidance to existing development staff
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to convert requirements into technical designs and estimations
