Requirements
Must:
- Over 7 years of experience in ERP architecture, with a minimum of 5 years concentrated on Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials (GL, AP, AR, Procurement, Assets)
- In-depth technical expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials and Procurement (P2P), including the foundational technical framework, API gateway, and integration methodologies (e.g., FBDI, web services)
- Specific experience in sourcing (RFx), Procurement Contracts, and Project Accounting
- Strong understanding of Oracles integration frameworks (OIC, REST/SOAP, BICC), workflow configuration, and reporting stack (OTBI, BI Publisher)
- Capacity to convey technical complexities in terms relevant to business impacts
- Proven experience in ERP program governance, cost estimation, and roadmap development
- Familiarity with system maturity models, continuous improvement processes, and enterprise data management
- Ability to stay abreast of industry trends and new technologies to meet enterprise architectural needs
- Excellent advisory skills to influence client and vendor decisions without direct oversight
- Strong communication abilities to convey technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Provide senior-level architectural expertise to assess the feasibility and technical risks of proposed Oracle Fusion ERP Phase 2 and continual improvements
- Act as the technical authority and governance expert, overseeing adherence to best practices and sustainable architecture principles
- Develop impact assessments for proposed features, evaluating configuration complexity, integration dependencies, and support requirements
- Continuously monitor Oracle product updates to identify impacts of future changes and potential technical opportunities
- Participate in enhancement discussions to evaluate the technical implications of requests
- Prepare executive summaries on upcoming Oracle releases, features, and their potential impact on financial processes
- Provide technical guidance to developers on complex implementation aspects and define the technical scope for necessary integration changes
- Conduct technical risk assessments before significant modifications or upgrades to ensure design integrity
- Assist in defining the next phase of maturity for system enhancements, linking improvements to strategic maturity models
Description
We are Neos, actively seeking an Oracle Fusion Architect for a hybrid contract role with our client, based in Oklahoma. This position involves approximately 2-3 days of travel to the client site each month. In this role, you will provide architectural oversight for Oracle Fusion ERP implementations, ensuring best practices are followed while influencing business and technical strategies.
