Requirements
Must:
- 8-12 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in enterprise environments
- Significant experience with operations-heavy, workflow-centric systems
- Proven capability to distill complex stakeholder feedback into actionable priorities
- Ability to function effectively in agile, multi-team settings
- Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on executive-level interaction and decision-making
- Required Certifications:
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM)
- PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner)
- Preferred Certifications:
- Pragmatic Institute Product Management Certification
- SAFe Lean Portfolio Management (LPM)
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst or Platform App Builder
- Design Thinking or Human-Centered Design certification (IDEO, LUMA, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Own and refine the product vision and roadmap for the Hub platform
- Convert operational requirements into outcome-driven product specifications
- Ensure workflows are innovative rather than merely replicated
- Prioritize features that enhance time to value and operational efficiency
- Balance the foundational aspects of platform development with innovative future capabilities
- Collaborate closely with the Solution Architect to ensure coherence
- Manage backlog prioritization across project delivery, innovation, and market demands
- Facilitate demonstrations, articulate capabilities, and develop a cohesive narrative
Description
We are looking for a Hub Product Owner for our Next Gen Hub Platform based in Bridgewater, NJ or Raleigh, NC. This is a full-time onsite role where you will take ownership of the product vision and roadmap aimed at enhancing operational outcomes and configurability. As part of our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to materially impact hub operations and support our growth in the market.
