Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Preferred experience in event planning, hospitality, customer-facing service, and/or marketing
- Familiarity with dental/oral surgery is helpful but not required
- Valid drivers license
- Outgoing and engaging personality with strong relationship-building capabilities

Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain referral relationships with general dentists and specialists in the designated area and nearby communities
- Conduct regular field visits through scheduled appointments and drop-ins to dental offices and administrative contacts
- Provide professional, in-person representation of the practice, ensuring a consistent presence across all locations in the territory
- Monitor referral patterns, identify growth opportunities, and relay market feedback to leadership
- Collaborate with surgeons and regional leadership to implement territory-specific growth plans
- Assist with campaigns promoting new practice openings, services, and providers
- Track activities and outcomes to support data-driven decision making regarding referral strategies
- Document examples of return on investment from outreach efforts
- Organize, plan, and support events such as Lunch & Learns, CE courses, Open Houses, and relationship-building events
- Manage logistics for events including venue selection, catering, attendance, communications, and day-of execution
- Assess event outcomes and report impacts on referral engagement and patient volume
- Capture engaging and authentic content to bolster marketing initiatives
- Create and oversee social media content calendars, including daily postings and interactions across platforms like Instagram and Facebook; monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary
- Stay updated on social media trends and practices to ensure content remains effective and aligned with the brand
- Travel within the territory to support referral development and practice operations
- Independently manage scheduling, priorities, and trip planning across multiple locations for maximum efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of field activities, market contacts, and communications
- Submit weekly summaries or reports as required by management

This full-time position involves local travel to engage with referral communities while providing a strong presence in our practice.
