Senior Platform Engineer - M365

- Analyze moderately complex to complex data, formulate technical conclusions, and assess potential applicability of recommendations - Design, plan, and research technology solutions/products to guide development to completion - Develop, code, test, debug, and document moderately complex to complex platforms to meet specified objectives - Ensure the accuracy, quality, and security of databases - Align organizational resources with client needs, monitor network performance, and resolve network issues - Analyze, design, implement, operate, deploy, and manage IT resources including computer hardware, operating systems, applications, and data security - Troubleshoot issues and communicate findings, recommendations, and ensure compliance - Upgrade network hardware, software, and telecommunications systems - Foster collaborative relationships with team members and subject matter experts - Work across functions to align platform strategies with our organizational goals - Create and maintain infrastructure to facilitate application development (e.g., CI/CD pipelines) - Provide frameworks, libraries, and tools to standardize development and operations - Manage cloud services, container orchestration, and virtualization - Enhance platform reliability, scalability, and automation - Enable developers to concentrate on application development by simplifying complexities - Lead smaller projects and initiatives - Mentor junior staff - Administer and optimize the Microsoft 365 environment, including service configuration and health monitoring - Oversee SharePoint Online management, including permissions and operational governance - Manage Microsoft Teams to ensure secure collaboration and user experience - Administer OneDrive for Business and configure Microsoft Purview capabilities to ensure compliance
