Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5–7 years of experience in application or software development.
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (Required).
- Pega Certified Lead System Architect (Preferred).
- Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (Preferred).
- Strong expertise in Pega 8.x, Customer Decision Hub (CDH), and Pega Cloud (Infinity 24.x).
- Practical experience with data ingestion, data modeling, ETL, and SQL (PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.) within Pega.
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP services, integrations, and cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a knack for managing complex systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade Pega solutions utilizing the Pega Platform and Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
- Construct and customize Pega components, including data pages, data sets, data flows, activities, UI rules, reports, and job schedulers.
- Develop and execute data ingestion, ETL, extraction, archival, and transformation strategies.
- Establish and maintain REST/SOAP APIs, services, and connectors between Pega and external systems.
- Integrate digital data from both internal and external sources to facilitate analytics and decision-making.
- Conduct advanced debugging, performance optimization, and root cause analysis using Pega tools.
- Create reusable, secure, and scalable Pega rules, adhering to guardrails and industry best practices.
- Provide daily operational and production support, including incident and change management.
- Assist in DevOps and release management activities, including packaging and deployment.
- Collaborate with architects, analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the establishment of technical standards and documentation.
