Requirements
Must:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages, particularly Java.
- Knowledge of Java Enterprise Edition (J2EE/JEE), Spring Framework, and Hibernate.
- Experience with web service, microservice, and API development, including REST and SOAP architectures.
- Familiarity with database platforms such as Oracle, MS SQL Server, DB2, AzureSQL, and Cosmos.
- Competence in developing and deploying applications to MS Azure or other public cloud environments.
- Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms like PEGA and Microsoft Dynamics.
- A thorough understanding of database design, web technologies, and scalable system architectures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills to relay technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, version control systems, and software testing practices.
- Proven track record of leading initiatives, mentoring team members, and contributing to strategic engineering decisions.
Responsibilities
- I will architect and implement high-quality, full-stack software applications utilizing modern frameworks and cloud-native technologies to satisfy changing business needs.
- I collaborate with diverse teams, including engineers, stakeholders, and product managers, to gather requirements, propose solutions, and ensure timely project delivery.
- I write clean, scalable, and maintainable code for both front-end and back-end systems, following best practices and organizational standards.
- I optimize application performance and user experience by efficiently using data structures, algorithms, and cloud services.
- I troubleshoot and resolve intricate issues related to application function, performance, and integration.
- I conduct code reviews, mentor peers, and help maintain a high-quality codebase.
- I lead small-scale initiatives and projects, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement across teams.
- I contribute to the formulation and implementation of engineering policies, coding standards, and documentation practices.
- I continually explore and apply low-code/no-code platforms like PEGA and Microsoft Dynamics to accelerate solution delivery and enhance agility.
