Requirements
Must:
- I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Auditing, Computer Science, or a related field, or have an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- I possess extensive hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and integrating ServiceNow IRM solutions within enterprise settings.
- I have expert knowledge of risk management, governance, and compliance principles.
- I can effectively communicate intricate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences while facilitating client workshops.
- I have experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and multiple lines of defense in risk management.
- I am knowledgeable about applicable federal and state laws, rules, and regulations.
- I have demonstrated strategic thought leadership, initiative, decision-making abilities, and creative problem-solving skills in business contexts.
- I can manage multiple priorities effectively, both independently and as part of a team, to meet goals.
- I am experienced in working with all levels of executives, management, staff, stakeholders, and vendors.
- I have proficient written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- I lead the design of ServiceNow IRM Solutions by collaborating with clients and internal teams to create robust ServiceNow IRM solutions, document the operational framework, and develop a strategic roadmap for enhancing system architecture and overall program progression.
- I identify and establish opportunities for workflow automation and use case accelerators to streamline current and future risk processes, enhance user experience, and enable data-driven decision-making.
- I assist in designing data and system integrations between ServiceNow capabilities, particularly in the IRM domain, to ensure seamless data exchanges and support comprehensive risk management processes across the organization.
- I work collaboratively with business leaders and technical stakeholders to define governance structures, risk and compliance frameworks, ensuring that solutions align with industry standards and best practices.
- I closely engage with first and second lines of defense (1LOD and 2LOD) risk teams to define, document, and implement risk management processes while promoting operational excellence and risk awareness throughout the organization.
