Requirements
Must:
- 2-3 years of experience in exploratory data analysis
- Proficiency in statistics
- Skills in programming, data modeling, simulation, and mathematics
- Knowledge of SQL, R, Python, Hadoop, SAS, SPSS, Scala, and AWS
- Experience in model lifecycle execution
- Capable of technical writing
- Ability in data storytelling and technical presentation
- Research proficiency
- Strong interpersonal abilities
- Experience in model development
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Collaboratives skills and relationship building
- Initiative and sound judgment
- Technical skills in big data analysis, coding, project management, and technical writing
- Problem-solving skills and responsiveness to issues
- Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
- Masters degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and assess basic to routine predictive models and algorithms
- Analyze and interpret results of moderate complexity
- Exercise limited judgment within established procedures
- Develop and code basic software programs, algorithms, and automation processes
- Perform modeling and trend analysis on data
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to group projects and initiatives
- Utilize effective written and verbal skills to document and present analytical findings
