Requirements

Must:
- I require a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. - You should have 2-5 years of relevant experience. - A basic understanding of the business and operational environment is necessary. - Experience with software and platform engineering concepts, methodologies, and current development languages and techniques is essential. - Familiarity with technical applications/languages, information technology, or specialized engineering methods is needed. - Experience in Platform Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Cloud Engineering (AWS, Azure, GCP) is required. - Proficiency in scripting languages for automation tasks (such as Python or Bash) is expected. - Previous experience with configuration management tools and CI/CD pipelines and tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

- I will analyze moderately complex data, develop technical conclusions, and assess the potential applicability of recommendations. - I will assist in conceptualizing, planning, and researching final technology solutions/products to see development come to fruition. - I will aid in developing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting moderately complex platforms to meet objectives. - It is crucial to ensure the quality, accuracy, and security of databases. - I will align organizational resources with client needs, monitor network performance, and identify and resolve network issues. - I will analyze, design, implement, operate, deploy, and support various information technology resources, including computer hardware, operating systems, communications, software applications, data processing, and security. - I will troubleshoot problems and communicate the status, findings, and technical results; make recommendations, and ensure the implementation of compliance and communication protocols. - Upgrading network hardware, software, and telecommunications equipment will be part of my tasks. - Collaborating with team members and participating in team projects and initiatives is expected. - I will create and maintain infrastructure that supports application development (e.g., CI/CD pipelines). - Providing frameworks, libraries, and tools to standardize development and operations will be a priority. - I will manage cloud services, container orchestration, and virtualization. - Optimizing platform reliability, scalability, and automation is essential. - I will enable developers to concentrate on building applications by abstracting complexities. - Contributing to automation efforts using CI/CD pipelines and configuration management tools is important. - I will document technical specifications.
